Sole Trader to Small Business

Sole trader, Alfie Jones approached me to support him develop his self-employed work into a remote marketing agency supplying outsourced B2B website and social media copy. He had a clear vision for the direction he would like to take, but needed infrastructure, recruitment and PA support.
Initially we spent planning time developing his ideas, researching website and creating space in his life for his new business. This included decluttering, cleaning and reorganising his office space, creating an essential refresh to enable his new business to flourish.
Alfie brought in two initial clients, each requiring project management infrastructure, along with the recruitment of freelance writers and editors and the HR/Finance structures to hold this new team. I worked closely with Alfie in developing and implementing this infrastructure; creating everything he needed to take his freelance work to the next level.
Once this was in place I supported Alfie to recruit a management team that would spear head their future endeavours. When this was finalised, my work was complete and Cahoot was ready to step into its new future.
